On the afternoon of July 27th, GTHS held the semiannual business seminar in the conference room at the 19th floor. Chairman Jin Zhijiang held the meeting. Firstly, the financial manager reported the company’s business data and the business expenses from January to June. The Supervision and Audit Department explained the overdue situation and analyzed the questions from the internal audit. Secondly, the manager of each branch, the person in charge of business department and the head of the functional department reviewed the work situation in the first half of the year, summarized the existing problems and put forward the work plan for the second half of the year.

Chairman Jin Zhijiang made specific requirements for the work of the next half year: First, the company still need to continue to tap the potential of existing customers; Second, take full advantage of the company’s overseas cooperation resources to enhance the customer adhesion; The third is to vigorously promote the overseas production and seize the customer share; The fourth is to moderately change the sales strategy, to take strategy measurements of domestic and Japanese and Korean markets and expand the product lines.

In this seminar, Chairman Jin Zhijiang led the participants to learn from the Group Chairman Zhang Ziyan’s “Speech at the Group Party Committee Central Group Learning Enlarged Meeting and Administrative Office Meeting” and put forward four requirements based on the spirit of the speech: First, we must firmly establish the awareness of abiding by rules and disciplines, respecting the system and the law; Second, we must further promote and optimize the limited partner system; Third, we must further improve the salary system and the institutional arrangement of bonus performance appraisal; Fourth, we must always adhere to the principle of people-oriented, actively understand the aspirations of employees and sincerely care for the interests of employees.
