Founded in March, 2001,  the company was subordinated to Guotai Huasheng . It covers 7,200 square meters and introduced various Japanese garments’ assembly lines. With over 300 staffs, it mainly produces jackets and medium-high level sportswears which exported to the US, the UK, Canada and others. Its annual output is around 500,000 pieces, and sales amount exceeds RMB 100 million.

Based on the trading platform of Guotai Huasheng since 2007, combining with its own technology and producing strength accumulated for many years, the company insists on self-support way to produce garments with the integration of trade, industry and technology. Our Productive Capacity

The annual production is 6,800 tons, including 3,880 tons worsted woolen tops, 1,100 tons semi-worsted and woolen-spun tops or bulk wool, as well as mercerided shrinkproof tops and Basulan wool tops. It has four production lines for importing worsted wool tops that are all the complete set of imported appliance.(Spanish MAEIAS Teaser, French THIBEAUCA6 Carding Machine, French NSC/GC15 Gilling Machine and NSC/PB32 Combing Machine) ; two NSC/GC12/263R Baling Presses. It also has nine production lines for domestic worsted wool tops.

Trading

Keeping the operational principle that quality and customers come first in mind, the company brings the strict standard to product quality. 50S to 100S Australian wool tops have been exported to many foreign countries. In 2008, it imported 3,600 tons materials and made products with the value of 3600 tons and 140 batches. The company exported 600 tons products, and sold 2,900 tons products at home in 2008.

Laboratory

The company’s laboratory has three analysts with over graduates' educational background. It installed with a complete set of imported laboratory equipments, USTER AL100 Almeter fiber length & CVH Tester, USTER Tester, Aoda 2000 fineness fiber Projector, WT1102 Standard weight gauge, CIQJS-1 defect detector, GKC11CPB electric heating constant temperature water pot with oil rate, Y802N oven to measure moisture regain and HY-2PH multipurpose oscillator. The testing standard is based on national standards(FJ418-81, FZ/J21001-93).
