On March 18, GTHS organized some mentors of new employees to carry out experience sharing meeting. Focusing on the "Selection, Use, Retention and Education" of human resources, all mentors shared their thoughts and experience in the process of cultivating new employees. In addition, they discussed the problems and difficulties encountered, and put forward their own views on the evaluation standards of new employees.

In this sharing meeting, everyone gathered wisdom, made full exchanges on the induction assistance of new employees and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of mentors.
